Orders will be accepted only with a written form accompanied by full payment .

Your card will be debited at the time of our dispatch.

Only the amount of dispatched items will be debited including postage.  

No liability of any kind will be taken into account if PLANETE AUTO does not consider itself responsible for non delivery , late delivery or an unchecked delivery.

It is up to the customer's responsibility to see that the merchandise is received in its original packaging and to check that no damage has happened during transit .

No goods may be returned for any reason without the written prior consent of PLANETE AUTO. No liability for damage to goods in transit will be accepted , without a written complaint sent to PLANETE AUTO within 8 days of the delivery of goods .

Any remainder of an uncomplete dispatch will be cancelled after a period of six months.

This website and the online order form are in accordance with French laws and regulations.
